TradeVault CRM · Last updated 13 October 2026

TradeVault CRM is business software for trade companies: jobs, quotes, customers, scheduling and marketing in one place. It is operated by Cardiff and Caerphilly carpentry. By using it you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

TradeVault CRM is for businesses and the staff and partners they invite. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is done under your account.

Your content

The customer records, photos, videos and documents you put into the CRM stay yours. You confirm you have the right to store and publish them, including any photos or videos of customers' homes.

Connected accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google)

You can connect your own social media and Google accounts so the CRM can publish on your behalf. The CRM only publishes when you or your staff press a button to do so, or when you have switched on a scheduled posting feature. You can disconnect an account at any time, in the CRM or in that service's own settings. Anything you publish must follow that service's own rules, and you remain responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the CRM to break the law, to send spam, to publish content you have no right to publish, or to try to access another business's data.

Availability

We work to keep the CRM running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults. Other services it connects to can change or withdraw features without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the CRM. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You can stop using the CRM at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
